Return Policy:
We'd love to help you exchange or return your favourite bikinis because we know how annoying it is when something is not as expected.
We just need some help from you to reduce waste and keep us environmentally friendly. Together, we can keep this process sustainable!
- You can return items within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Items need to be in unworn and undamaged condition, so leave the tags and hygienic liners attached
- Skip the wash, as most people wouldn't consider washed bikinis to be new.
- Please try on all swimwear over your undies ☺️
Refund Process:
- At the moment, we can only offer refunds as store credit through digital gift cards
- As soon as we receive your returned items and make sure they’re in the right condition, we’ll process the return and email you a digital gift card
- Just a heads up, the shipping fee from your purchase isn’t refundable
Is return free?
- There's just a small $10 AUD fee for returns
- This helps cover the shipping to get the item back to us ❤️
- The fee will be taken out of your refund to keep things easy
How to start my return:
- Drop us an email at care@ceyvhana.com
- Please include your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the email address used for the order in your email
- We'll respond to confirm your request and provide further guidance
- Please package the return and stick on the shipping label we've provided
- Drop off your return at the designated drop-off point from the label provider
- Email us and let us know it's dropped off!
- Kindly allow 2-5 business days from the date we receive your item for us to process
